Overview
The Investment Analyst will support Investment Officers in identifying new projects, executing transactions, and monitoring portfolios within the Manufacturing, Agribusiness and Services Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Fully understand financial aspects of investment or advisory transactions.
- Conduct market analysis and determine financial soundness of company or project opportunity.
- Assist in financial statement analysis, accounting, finance, financial modeling, DCF, and comparable company analysis.
- Conduct market and industry research and analysis.
- Analyze and synthesize debt pricing benchmarks and equity trading comparables.
- Assess market conditions, gaps, and business opportunities.
- Identify data collection needs and coordinate with clients to obtain information.
- Prepare business documents and presentations.
- Extract lessons from previous investments to structure transactions.
Required Experience
• Up to 2 years of work experience in a financial institution, particularly in investment projects.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or equivalent degree.
