Overview
The IT Contract Administrator assists the Head of Department, IT Governance and Executive Office, with a primary focus on IT-related contract matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure correct application of clauses and services provided by existing IT contracts.
- Draft IT provisions of contracts, ensuring conformity with IS Directorate rules, strategy, architecture, and policies.
- Follow changes in technology and related services to adapt contracts and propose new ones.
- Assist with IS-related negotiations by liaising with other departments.
- Report on costs and other issues associated with IS-related contracts.
- Assist with budgeting.
Required Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in one or more fields related to computing, IT contracts, IT support, and similar. Ten years’ experience in the area is required if the post holder does not have the required level of education.
Qualifications
3 to 4 year's higher education diploma from a University or other specialized institute of recognized standing in one of the following domains: Computing, Multimedia, Information Security, Information Technology, Information Systems, Project Management, Law or other relevant subject.
