Overview
Invitation for bids for the construction of Tbilisi Bypass Lots 4 and 5, a four-lane divided highway section of 18.9 km.
Required Experience
- Construction experience in highway/motorway/expressway projects.
- For Lot 4: 1 contract with minimum value of USD 62,000,000.00; or 2 contracts with a combined value of USD 62,000,000.00 equivalent out of which one should be of at least USD 37,000,000.00.
- For Lot 5: 1 contract with minimum value of USD 33,000,000.00; or 2 contracts with a combined value of USD 33,000,000.00 equivalent out of which one should be of at least USD 20,000,000.00.
- Technical requirements for Lot 4 within the last ten (10) years: 1 contract with at least 21,000 m2 of transport bridge deck; 1 contract with at least 155,000 m3 of earthworks; 1 contract with at least 100,000 m2 of highway/expressway/motorway asphalt pavement.
- Technical requirements for Lot 5 within the last ten (10) years: 1 contract with at least 19,000 m2 of transport bridge deck; 1 contract with at least 135,000 m3 of earthworks; 1 contract with at least 33,000 m2 of highway/expressway/motorway asphalt pavement.
- Financial Situation: Annual average construction turnover for the last three (3) years must not be less than USD 75,000,000 for Lot 4 and USD 60,000,000 for Lot 5. Access to financial resources of not less than USD 12,500,000 for Lot 4 and USD 10,000,000 for Lot 5.
