Overview
The Partnerships Coordinator will support UNICEF China's resource mobilization efforts, focusing on grant management and reporting for the Global Development and South-South Cooperation Fund.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Contributions Management, including reporting on projects funded by the Global Development and South-South Cooperation Fund (GDF) and quality assurance review.
- Assist in a grant management tracker to monitor project status, fund allocation, receipts, unspent balances, and ensure timely donor and financial reports.
- Provide translation services as required for partnership advocacy and resource mobilization.
- Support knowledge and information management and partnership building with donors through meetings and communications.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required Experience
At least 3 years of professional work experience at the national and/or international level. Experience with the Chinese government or in the UN or other international development organization is an asset.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Communications, International Development, or another relevant technical field.
