Overview
Support the implementation of the National Social Protection Strategy (NSPS) 2025-2033 in Jordan, contributing to research, analysis, and communication activities related to social protection.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the follow-up of activities related to the institutionalization of the cash plus model.
- Support the CBOs engagement workstream.
- Contribute to activities related to the institutionalization of Makani centers.
- Participate in coordination meetings with government counterparts and stakeholders.
- Assist in reviewing analytical work and evidence products on child-sensitive social protection.
- Support monitoring of socio-economic trends affecting children.
- Assist in preparing analytical inputs for public finance for children (PF4C) work.
- Assist in the design, review and editing of communication materials.
- Contribute to the development of advocacy briefs.
- Support documentation and reporting compliance.
- Assist in preparing meeting notes, briefings and progress updates.
Required Experience
- 1 month Relevant experience
Demonstrated interest or experience (up to 3 years) in:
- Economic development
- Poverty and Social Protection
- Public/Social policies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development studies, economics or other related fields.
