Overview

Support the implementation of the National Social Protection Strategy (NSPS) 2025-2033 in Jordan, contributing to research, analysis, and communication activities related to social protection.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the follow-up of activities related to the institutionalization of the cash plus model.
  • Support the CBOs engagement workstream.
  • Contribute to activities related to the institutionalization of Makani centers.
  • Participate in coordination meetings with government counterparts and stakeholders.
  • Assist in reviewing analytical work and evidence products on child-sensitive social protection.
  • Support monitoring of socio-economic trends affecting children.
  • Assist in preparing analytical inputs for public finance for children (PF4C) work.
  • Assist in the design, review and editing of communication materials.
  • Contribute to the development of advocacy briefs.
  • Support documentation and reporting compliance.
  • Assist in preparing meeting notes, briefings and progress updates.
Required Experience
  • 1 month Relevant experience Demonstrated interest or experience (up to 3 years) in:
  • Economic development
  • Poverty and Social Protection
  • Public/Social policies
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development studies, economics or other related fields.
