Overview
The Investment Analyst will support the Manufacturing, Agribusiness, and Services (MAS) team in driving private sector investments across Central Asian countries. The role involves identifying, designing, negotiating, structuring, and supervising investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial, market, and risk analyses to support investment opportunities.
- Collaborate to prepare investment proposals, financial models, due diligence reports, and risk assessments.
- Support the end-to-end investment process, including sourcing, negotiating, and closing transactions.
- Monitor and manage a portfolio of existing investments.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct sectoral and macroeconomic research.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional teams.
- Support the development and implementation of innovative financing structures.
Required Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a financial institution, investment firm, or other finance-related field, with demonstrated expertise in sourcing, structuring, and closing investments, as well as supervising loan and equity exposures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
