Overview

The consultant will develop a roadmap for establishing a National Technology Transfer Office (NTTO) in Palestine, assessing existing frameworks and proposing a structure and operational model.


Key Responsibilities
  • Propose a detailed report outline including sections on legal and regulatory frameworks, international best practices, identification of gaps, suggested office structure, functions, and roadmap.
  • Present report findings in a national workshop and update the report based on feedback.
  • Ensure gender considerations and youth dimension are addressed throughout the research, using gender-sensitive language.
Required Experience

At least 10 years of professional experience in research, including 5 years in the field of technology / innovation / technology transfer.

Qualifications

A Master's degree in law, or technology field is required. A Ph.D. is an advantage.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
Languages Preferred
Previous experience in working with international organizations is desirable.
