Overview
IFC is seeking a Program Manager for Cameroon to lead the operationalization of IFC2030 at the country level, overseeing all IFC activities and driving growth through new opportunities and strengthened impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of IFC’s multi-year country strategy for Cameroon.
- Build and manage high-level relationships with government, private sector, regulators, development partners, and civil society.
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with World Bank Group institutions and other partners.
- Oversee IFC’s investment and advisory portfolio in Cameroon.
- Identify, monitor, and help address E&S risks, as well as reputational risks.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a diverse team.
Required Experience
A minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial/lead capacity. Experience in transaction processing and portfolio supervision is a strong plus. Work experience in Africa is required.
Qualifications
MBA or equivalent professional qualification.
