Provide support to the WGF programme by strengthening documentation frameworks, capturing institutional knowledge, and demonstrating programme impact, with a focus on disability inclusion initiatives.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant and progressive experience, including experience in programme management; Knowledge on sexual and reproductive health and rights and gender equality issues, particularly GBV, including relevant international human rights standards and instruments; Demonstrated strategic thinking skills, good coordination, communication, international and motivational skills Results-based programme management experience, with particular focus on strategic planning and capacity building; Experience of reporting and documentation Excellent computer skill (Windows environment, MS office applications including Word, Excel and Power-point); and Prior working experience with UN agencies is an asset.
An Advance university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in law, human rights, GBV, social sciences or a related field is required.
