Overview
This internship focuses on Talent Management and Staff Planning within the Human Resources Directorate. The role aims to provide interns with practical experience in international recruitment practices and human resources management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support team meetings through agenda development, minutes taking, and action item tracking
- Support recruitment processes with publication of vacancies, candidate screenings, arrangement of testing and interview sessions
- Contribute to special projects and HR initiatives as assigned
- Contribute innovative ideas and best practices to HR processes and procedures
- Manage correspondence, inboxes, and follow-ups for HR-related matters
- Assist in special projects and HR initiatives related to recruitment
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties as required by HR management
Qualifications
Be enrolled in a, or have graduated from, a post-secondary accredited academic institution within the past one year on the date of submission of their application in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Psychology, or related fields of study.
