Overview
The Full-Stack Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting business-critical applications across DRC’s global IT landscape, spanning backend and frontend development and application support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and support business-critical applications in production environments
- Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of applications
- Ensure secure access and proper role-based authorization across applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, identifying root causes and ensuring timely resolution
- Design and implement REST-based APIs and modern application architectures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
Required Experience
- Strong knowledge of Python and backend development, including experience with modern frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask or Django
- Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React)
- Experience working with REST APIs, containerized applications (e.g. Docker), and modern application architecture
- Experience handling complex data flows and near-real-time events
- Experience with Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices
- Experience working with role-based access control and application permissions, including implementing authentication, authorization, and Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting applications in production environment
