Overview
Provide operational and coordination support to technical staff and coordinate technical and operational activities under ADB's sovereign and non-sovereign operations in Mongolia.
Key Responsibilities
- Help prepare loan/grant and technical assistance (TA) documents following ADB templates and procedures.
- Coordinate and monitor processing milestone events of assigned loan/grant/TAs and report delays.
- Support operations activities including internal memos and back-to-office reports.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for high-level management visits and events.
- Collect, compile, and analyze information to produce statistics/reports using IT tools.
- Ensure coordination of project team schedules, milestones, and meetings.
- Support project processing, administration, and operational matters.
- Maintain and update records using a database for monitoring.
- Relieve other operations assistants and provide back-up support.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Required Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven ability to undertake background research and analysis on difficult but well-defined tasks.
- Experience using digital tools and office software used in multilateral organizations.
- Collaborative skills and ability to develop relationships internally and externally in a multilateral environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals from different cultural/national backgrounds.
- Ability to assess situations and make reasoned decisions on matters of confidentiality and urgency.
- Ability to work with teams as a constructive team member.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant discipline.
