Overview
Provide administrative support for day-to-day office administration and coordinate internal and external communication while maintaining confidentiality and practicing professional discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that office filing systems and records (both electronic and physical) are properly maintained and updated.
- Act as focal for CCPF's publications pipeline, K-Nexus, division's Request For P ayment Requestor, OneADB Today, office space and supplies management, and maintain SharePoint team and community sites.
- Act as an alternate for CCPF's budget and perform budget-related tasks.
- Manage work calendars to ensure the effective coordination of supervisors' schedules, and arrange appointments, meetings, mission travel and accommodation.
- Coordinate all requests for document review from project teams and other departments.
- Ensure that all correspondence and documents are compliant with ADB's standards.
- Provide input in various CCPF and other CCSD-wide events and activities and collaborate with various ADB clients.
- Assist in the delivery service to financing partners by responding to their concerns and requirements.
- Collect and compile relevant information and data related to the division/department to produce routine and/or ad hoc statistics/reports.
- Provide information/data gathering support and prepare draft memoranda for internal correspondence.
Required Experience
At least 5 years work experience with at least 3 years of experience relating to administrative work.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, banking, accounting, economics, or related fields.
