Overview
Provides professional driving services for the Head of Mission and Centre’s staff, and supports the operation and maintenance of the Centre’s vehicle fleet.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides safe, reliable and timely transportation services for the Head of Mission, Centre’s staff and high-level officials/visitors in strict compliance with applicable Traffic Laws.
- Facilitates customs formalities for official personnel at the airport.
- Conducts daily inspections of assigned vehicles and ensures required steps are taken in case of accident.
- Performs minor vehicle maintenance and arranges servicing and repairs.
- Maintains accurate records of official trips, mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and repairs.
- Updates the Fleet Management Database and prepares monthly fuel consumption reports.
Required Experience
Four years’ work experience as a driver, preferably in international or diplomatic organization; safe driving record.
Qualifications
Completed secondary education. Valid local driver’s licence, category “B”.
