Overview

Consultant to support the implementation of the Mental Health & Well-being Strategy by assisting a Working Group with the development and implementation of a tool and supporting the development, review, and implementation of products for scorecard indicators.


Key Responsibilities
  • Review progress on actions identified in the UN System Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy for 2024 and Beyond, and monitor progress within UN System entities.
  • Support the activities of MHS Working Groups, with a specific focus on the Psychosocial Risk Management Working Group.
  • Draft Reports and Products.
  • Data Analysis and Monitoring.
Required Experience

A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in project or programme management in the area of organizational behavior, public health or workplace health is required. Experience in developing and coordinating multi-agency projects or programs, preferably within the UN system or other international organizations is required. Experience in drafting technical reports for diverse audiences, including senior management, stakeholders, and external partners, is required.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Public Health, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, Human Resources, related area is required. A first-level university degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) with two additional years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree.
