Overview
The consultant will support the Government of Nepal in strengthening immunization supply chain systems, focusing on improving vaccine and commodity management, forecasting, distribution, and data quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end vaccine supply chain functions, including stock management, forecasting and quantification, and coordinated distribution.
- Strengthen data quality, real-time monitoring, and the use of digital systems.
- Reinforce monitoring and reporting of key supply chain performance indicators.
- Provide technical assistance and on-the-job capacity building to government counterparts on vaccine management practices, cold chain operations, and inventory control systems.
Required Experience
At least 3 years of progressively responsible professional work experience in immunization supply chain and vaccine management; Demonstrated knowledge of immunization programme management and inventory management;
Qualifications
Bachelors in Pharmacy or Public Health
