Responsible for providing specialized finance tasks, ensuring accurate and timely delivery in compliance with UNICEF financial rules and regulations. The role involves researching, adapting, and evaluating irregular cases, and recommending process improvements.
At least 7 years of clerical experience in finance and accounting is required (Accounting and Auditing, Financial management, operations and reporting, process improvement, internal controls, risk management, data analysis, project management, stakeholder management, systems implementation, root cause analysis. and any other related background).
Completion of secondary education is required with professional/university level courses in Accounting and Finance, Business administration or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree from a recognized academic institution in a field relevant to the position may replace three years of related work experience. A master’s degree may replace an additional two years.
