Overview

Provide administrative support to a unit's manager and staff within the Digital and AI Vertical Vice Presidency, focusing on digital transformation and AI use in developing countries.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform office support work and specialized support (e.g., Admin Portal, e-consultant, database management, event planning, HR support).
  • Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and conferences, including administrative and logistic arrangements.
  • Support the processing and monitoring of ASAs, trust funds, and other operational workstreams.
  • Help manage project, trust fund, and unit budgets.
  • Manage workflows in various WBG operational and financial systems.
  • Provide assistance with formatting documents and preparing reports.
  • Process SAP transactions, including creation of contracts and payment requests.
  • Maintain and update Outlook distribution lists, office space, supplies, equipment, and databases.
  • Interpret existing procedures and processes and apply them appropriately.
  • Provide back-up support for other colleagues as needed.
Required Experience

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma; undergraduate college degree preferred.
