Consultant to Facilitate 2026 Retreat for the UN Women Country Office -Mozambique

Overview

Consultant to facilitate a two-day Team Building Retreat for approximately 38 personnel in August 2026 in Mozambique.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend pre-planning meetings with the UN Women task team.
• Develop a write-up on how to facilitate the retreat based on the developed program.
• Prepare materials and facilitate two-day retreat sessions interactively using participatory methodologies.
• Prepare a summary of key action points and recommendations for each day.
• Submit a retreat report including a summary highlighting key issues and recommendations.

Required Experience

A minimum of 7 years of both national and international proven and substantive experience in delivering related services. At least 3 years of experience in designing, planning and conducting trainings Team Building. Demonstrated ability to write and present high quality reports and programme documents.

Qualifications

Minimum of Master's degree in related field including Mass communication, Gender and Women Studies, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or other related discipline. A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
