Overview
Support the coordination, implementation, and delivery of project activities for the Labour Mobility and Social Inclusion (LMI) Unit, focusing on strengthening human rights due diligence and improving how risks related to forced labour and migrant worker vulnerability are identified, understood, and addressed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities, maintaining workplans, timelines, and task trackers.
- Monitor deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across workstreams.
- Maintain and verify the stakeholder database and outreach tracker.
- Facilitate the organisation of webinars, bilateral consultations, workshops, and events.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, background materials, and discussion summaries.
- Support stakeholder engagement processes by coordinating outreach communications.
- Compile and verify inputs for progress reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Compile and consolidate research, mapping, and consultation inputs.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining presentations, briefing and outreach materials, newsletters, and other communication resources.
- Monitor project deliverables, milestones, and engagement indicators.
Required Experience
- At least four (4) years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor's degree, or at least six (6) years of relevant professional experience with a high school diploma.
- Experience in project coordination and implementation in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, event coordination, or partnership support.
- Experience in research, data collection, or analytical support is an advantage.
- Experience within international organizations or UN agencies is an advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, International Relations, Migration Studies, Development Studies or a related field from an accredited academic institution; or, High school diploma.
