Overview
The Economic Empowerment VISTA will make meaningful contributions to IRC Denver’s Economic Empowerment programs, advancing work supporting stabilization, poverty reduction, and community integration for refugees and asylees.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting programmatic policies and procedures for review by IRC staff
- Researching and assisting in development of frameworks to monitor programs and outcomes
- Developing resource-mapping systems
- Designing surveys or other client feedback tools and reviewing client feedback
- Developing curriculum and program materials
- Conducting resource mapping
- Creating referral resource banks
- Providing written reports on recommendations
Required Experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
