The assignment aims to support the coordination and implementation of a project focused on empowering Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Managers in Pakistan. The role involves facilitating training activities, supporting knowledge product development, and assisting in policy dialogues.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, education, TVET, capacity development, or development cooperation. Demonstrated experience in coordinating training programmes, workshops, and multi-stakeholder engagement activities. Demonstrated experience in field data collection using quantitative and/or qualitative methods. Experience in drafting technical documents, reports, and programme materials. Experience working with or supporting government institutions, development partners, or UN agencies.
Advanced university degree (master’s level or equivalent) in Education, TVET, Public Policy, Development Studies, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
