Overview
Provide operational, administrative, and coordination support to field-based Education and Child Protection teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of programme interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage data tracking, consolidation, and reporting tools.
- Document key challenges, programme delivery and support to partners in the field.
- Support partner coordination and follow-up.
- Conduct visits to community centers, Public Schools, MAKANI & DIRASA Programe.
- Assist in organizing assessments, field activities, and documentation.
- Ensure timely information flow between partners, field teams, and coordination structures.
- Attend relevant meetings related to section, sector and, assist in programme follow-up and monitoring.
Required Experience
At least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in programme support, preferably in child protection, education, humanitarian, or development programmes. Experience working with government counterparts, NGOs, and local authorities and coordination is desirable. Experience supporting emergency response and recovery programmes is desirable.
Qualifications
A university degree (Bachelor's) in Social Work, Education, Public Administration, Social Sciences, International Development, or a related field is required.
