Overview
Assisting in the implementation of the ExB project, supporting activities, documentation, and communication related to advancing young women's role in inter-community dialogue and trust-building.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in ExB project implementation throughout the project cycle.
- Meeting relevant interlocutors and implementing action plans.
- Providing reports on budget implementation.
- Supporting project documentation for monitoring and reporting.
- Identifying project-related risks.
- Maintaining collaboration with OMiS colleagues.
- Establishing and maintaining contacts with beneficiaries and interlocutors.
- Providing information for activity reports, technical/outcome reports, progressing reporting, annual final self-evaluation, and ad hoc reporting.
- Collecting and collating information for knowledge products, resources, and publications.
- Supporting the planning and organizing of activities and events.
- Contributing to the preparation of background material and documentation.
- Identifying participants and supporting their participation.
- Arranging logistical arrangements including accommodation, transportation, and translation services.
- Collecting invoices and supporting documents.
- Contributing to reporting and archiving of activity documents.
- Supporting the organization of bi-annual meetings of the ExB Project Steering Board.
- Supporting the dissemination of project outputs.
- Supporting communication-related activities, including outreach strategy and social media.
Required Experience
Minimum of five years of relevant working experience with governmental, inter-governmental, international organizations or civil society organizations, preferably within OSCE, supporting projects and activities, notably related to gender equality, women and young women empowerment, women’s public participation. Experience in managing projects funded by multiple donors. Experience in project cycle management and supporting monitoring and evaluation of projects.
Qualifications
Completed secondary education, supplemented by formal studies in secretarial, administrative or project management matters.
