Overview

Coordinating the implementation of ExB projects, ensuring activities align with project objectives and donor requirements, and supporting reporting and communication efforts.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating ExB project implementation and ensuring activities are in accordance with project objectives.
  • Designing and implementing action plans and timelines.
  • Monitoring budget implementation for compliance with donor requirements and OSCE policies.
  • Supporting the documentation of the project for monitoring and reporting.
  • Advising the Project Manager on project-related risks and mitigating measures.
  • Collaborating with OMiS colleagues for project alignment.
  • Establishing and maintaining contacts with beneficiaries and interlocutors.
  • Drafting activity reports, technical/outcome reports, progressing reports, and annual self-evaluation reports.
  • Drafting additional reports as requested by donors.
  • Coordinating the collation of information and development of knowledge products.
  • Coordinating and supporting the planning and organization of activities and events.
  • Leading the organization of bi-annual meetings of the ExB Project Steering Board.
  • Ensuring dissemination of project outputs and supporting communication activities.
Required Experience

A minimum of two years of professional-level experience with international, inter-governmental or civil society organizations, preferably working in the field of gender equality, women’s empowerment and women’s public participation. Experience working with relevant women's / gender organizations or thematic issues is considered an advantage. Experience working on projects funded by multiple donors.

Qualifications

First level university degree in Gender Studies, Development Studies, Social and Political Sciences, Law, Inter-disciplinary studies or other relevant discipline. Computer literate with practical experience with Microsoft applications.

Remuneration
Monthly remuneration, subject to social security deductions is 1,872.58 Euro/month. Social benefits will include participation in the OSCE group medical insurance scheme.
