This role involves setting up, testing, and operating audiovisual equipment for conferences and providing technical support. It also includes assisting with maintenance, asset management, and post-production activities.
A minimum of three (3) years of relevant and progressively responsible experience in the audio/visual, information technology and/or engineering/electronic fields is required. The minimum years of relevant experience is reduced by two (2) years for candidates with a first-level University degree. Experience in supporting meetings and conferences in large, international, multilingual organizations is desirable.
Completion of high school diploma or equivalent is required. Supplemental courses/technical certificates in the Audio/Visual, Information Technology and/or Project Management fields such as CTS, Dante, Q-Sys, ST2110, ITIL v4 Foundation, CCNA, Prince2, etc. are required. Excellent technical, troubleshooting and computer skills (MS Office 365, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Teams) are required.
