Overview
Provides comprehensive administrative support and office management functions to a department head or area office. Monitors schedules, arranges meetings, prepares travel documents, and drafts official correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs office management and administrative support.
- Monitors supervisor's schedule and arranges meetings.
- Prepares travel documents and arrangements.
- Drafts official routine correspondences.
- Acts as a liaison between departments.
- Attends and coordinates staff meetings.
- Monitors and manages office supplies and processes payments.
- Manages purchase requests and procurement processes.
- Coordinates logistical preparations for events.
- Conducts routine research and gathers information.
- Assists in managing budget using ERP system.
- Verifies bills and ensures compliance.
- Assists in coordinating HR matters.
Required Experience
At least four years of relevant experience, preferably in administration, and /or office management is required. Experience in MS Office applications is required.
Qualifications
Successful completion of full secondary education and Two years diploma in business and office practice or related discipline.
