Overview
This internship offers undergraduate and postgraduate students a high-impact learning experience within the World Bank Group's IT People Engagement & Development unit, focusing on technology upskilling, learning, IT workforce strategy, and agile transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards (Excel, Power BI) to translate data into actionable learning insights.
- Gather and analyze data and reports from LMS, surveys, retrospectives, and other internal learning platforms to monitor course completions, learner progress, and performance outcomes.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests as needed.
- Support drafting and designing communication materials, including emails, flyers, write-ups, newsletters, presentations, talking points, and more.
- Raise awareness of learning initiatives via internal channels.
- Design, maintain, and manage SharePoint sites and learning portals that serve as hubs for learning content and resources.
- Support the design, development, curation, and maintenance of a variety of learning resources.
- Design and create visual products to support technology learning programs.
- Provide coordination and operational support across learning initiatives.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement across concurrent initiatives.
- Collaborate with business partners, learner cohorts, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones and learning objectives are achieved.
- Document action items, project plans, and lessons learned to inform continuous improvement.
Required Experience
0–6 years of relevant professional experience
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in, or in the final year of, an undergraduate or postgraduate (master’s/PhD) program in a relevant field (e.g., information technology, information management, technology learning, communications, or other related field).
