Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data analytics to support team decision-making and reporting.
- Assist in aligning recruitment processes with established guidelines and contribute to policy reviews.
- Provide support on various project-related tasks as needed.
- Contribute to recruitment pipeline management and sourcing activities to identify potential candidates.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal team use and for clients.
Required Experience
Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, particularly in Recruitment. Demonstrated interest in development work and the World Bank Group’s mission.
