Overview
The Finance Officer is responsible for providing financial management and partnership support to ensure partner organizations effectively manage donor funds in compliance with policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review partner budgets, financial reports, fund requests, and liquidations accurately and within deadlines.
- Provide financial support, coaching, and capacity strengthening to partners.
- Identify financial risks and discrepancies and recommend practical solutions.
- Support partners to strengthen their financial management capacity through coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback.
- Encourage open dialogue to identify and resolve financial and operational issues collaboratively.
Required Experience
Five (5) years’ experience in partner Finance management.
Qualifications
BA Degree in accounting and Finance and related field.
