Develop a multilingual victims' rights manual, a study on international practices in victim compensation, a protocol on school-based reporting of trafficking in persons, and a study on existing agreements with labour-sending countries. Participate in evaluating offers for academic institutions supporting legal clinics.
At least ten (10) years of professional experience in the fields of crime prevention, law enforcement, prosecution, criminal justice, international relations, international criminal law and/or related areas, is required. Practical experience in conducting legal assessments and providing technical advisory services in the field of countering transnational organized crime, including TiP, is required. Experience in delivering training and/or technical assistance in the GCC and or the MENA region, is desirable.
An Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in the fields of law, criminology or other related social sciences, is required. A first-level university degree in similar fields, in combination with additional two (2) years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
