Overview

The Programme Leader will coordinate the implementation of the work plan for the agenda and lead the Technical Secretariat of the TP Advisory Council, ensuring the execution of results and products within established deadlines.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the implementation of the agenda's work plan and lead the Technical Secretariat of the TP Advisory Council, proposing adjustments to ensure the execution of results and products within the established deadlines.
  • Coordinate the execution of priority initiatives, especially: Atlas TP and Radar.
  • Provide technical and methodological support to design the implementation of Atlas TP.
  • Coordinate actively with the Undersecretariat of Labor of the Ministry of Labor for the achievement of expected results for the Radar initiative.
  • Strengthen alliances, advise, and maintain fluid communication with national and international counterparts as defined in the Project implementation.
  • Advise the Undersecretariat of Higher Education on matters of training-labor linkage.
  • Coordinate the formation and strengthening of alliances and networks with public, private, training, and civil society actors.
  • Act as a direct counterpart in the alliance with UNICEF (Generation Unlimited) to guarantee youth participation and methodological rigor.
  • Prepare reports, minutes, presentations, and any other required documentation to report on learnings, progress, and methodological adjustments, evidencing the Council's consensus and ensuring the incorporation of good practices on the Atlas TP platform.
  • Perform other functions within their professional profile that are considered necessary for the adequate implementation of the Chile Crece: TP agenda and the specialized advisory needs of the Undersecretary of Higher Education.
Required Experience

Minimum seven (7) years (with master's) or 9 years (with bachelor's) of relevant professional experience. Relevant experience includes: specific and demonstrable experience in the design, management, or evaluation of public policies in the national Technical-Vocational Training (TVT) ecosystem, training, and labor market. Management experience in the public sector at the national and/or regional level, in ministries or institutions linked to the education, training, or employment ecosystem. Experience in projects linking the State, the Productive Sector, and educational institutions.

Qualifications

Advanced university studies (Master's or equivalent) in Social Sciences, Economic Sciences, Public Policy, or a related field, OR University studies (Bachelor's degree or professional degree) in one of the aforementioned areas combined with two additional years of relevant experience.
