Overview
This internship offers undergraduate and postgraduate students a high impact learning experience within the World Bank Group's Blended Finance Department. Participants will gain hands-on experience, contribute fresh perspectives, and connect with international professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on expected EC priorities for the next MFF 2028-2034 and prepare a report/presentation on how IFC can support EC's MFF implementation.
- Prepare one strategic KM deliverable focusing on IFC-EC partnership, including an overview of funding envelopes and a forward-looking assessment of potential new areas for collaboration.
- Contribute to the development of a social media package to highlight the BF partnership between IFC and the EC, including illustrative examples of high impact projects.
- Contribute to the development of a portfolio and pipeline tracking tool covering IFC’s EC funding envelopes, including visualization of program progress per envelope.
Required Experience
0–6 years of relevant professional experience
Qualifications
Candidates must be currently enrolled in, or in the final year of, an undergraduate or postgraduate (master’s/PhD) program.
