Overview
A National ICT consultant is required to provide technical assistance in the regular update and maintenance of Tajikistan’s Trade Portal, ensuring its integration with other systems and the provision of up-to-date trade information.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate the Trade Portal with the Single Window system, developing a secure API for real-time data exchange.
- Integrate with the Adliya Centralized Legal Information database for automatic updates of foreign trade regulations.
- Develop a dynamic information feed for tariff and trade procedure information.
- Develop a BI analytics platform for foreign trade data aggregation by HS codes.
- Develop an AI-enabled module for reporting trade barriers.
- Ensure security, adaptability, and localization requirements are met.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of proven professional experience in developing enterprise-scale web systems with API-based integrations.
- Knowledge of data platforms, BI tools, and workflow automation systems.
- Experience in implementing workflow automation systems.
- Experience in building and maintaining data-driven platforms.
- Familiarity with AI/NLP, cybersecurity principles, and scalable architectures.
- Knowledge of information security principles.
- Experience working with public sector, regulatory, or multi-stakeholder environments is an advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information and Communication Technologies or related technical field.
