Overview
The Digital Learning and Multimedia Design Intern will support the design, development, and enhancement of digital learning and learning communications for Corporate Security. The role involves transforming subject matter expertise into learner-centered digital experiences and visual materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of digital learning products, including self-paced online courses, microlearning modules, learning guides, preparedness guides, and other digital learning resources.
- Assist in the creation and editing of instructional videos, animations, graphics, presentations, and other multimedia assets.
- Support the development of visual communications and learning promotion materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform content into engaging, learner-centered digital learning experiences and visual communications.
- Support testing, quality assurance, periodic updates, and maintenance of digital learning products.
- Research emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital learning, multimedia production, artificial intelligence, and learning technologies.
Required Experience
0–6 years of relevant professional experience
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in, or in the final year of postgraduate (master’s) program in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design (LXD), Educational Technology, Digital Learning, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital or Visual Communications, Animation, Interactive Media, Game Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science (with an interest in learning technologies), Marketing, or another closely related field.
