Overview

Design and deliver a training course on Indicators for Public Policy Monitoring for state government officials, ensuring technical quality and pedagogical coherence.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop training materials in slide presentation format.
  • Design and deliver the training course.
  • Ensure integration of theoretical and practical content related to public policy monitoring and evaluation.
  • Systematize training course results.
  • Ensure adoption of ethical principles in training delivery.
  • Participate in alignment, monitoring, and technical validation meetings.
  • Develop reports following ABNT guidelines.
Required Experience
  • Minimum six (6) years of professional experience in data and public management in Brazil is required.
  • Good knowledge of international, national, and subnational good practices in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) is desirable.
  • Experience in capacity building and training of multidisciplinary teams in the public sector is desirable.
  • Previous experience within the UN system is desirable.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Public Management, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Social Sciences, Political Science, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree (Lato Sensu or Stricto Sensu) in Public Administration, Public Management, Public Policy, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Social Sciences, or related fields is required, or additional four (4) years of relevant experience to the post, beyond the requirement.

Languages Required
Excellent written and spoken Portuguese is required. Good command of technological tools, such as Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, is required. Fluency in Portuguese is required.
