International Consultant: Risk Profiling and Targeting Expert

Overview

Develop technical content for a Risk Profiling and Targeting Training and deliver training exercises in Malaysia and Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Development of technical content for the R/N Risk Profiling and Targeting Training.
• Deliver and support R/N Risk Profiling and Targeting training exercise including submission of a report on the exercise in Malaysia.
• Deliver and support R/N Risk Profiling and Targeting training exercise including submission of a report on the exercise in Indonesia.
• Provide technical input for R/N Risk Profiling and Targeting training slide decks, assessments and other training material covering awareness, identification, prevention, and response strategies.

Required Experience

A minimum of 10 years’ relevant border management and law enforcement experience is required. Experience of training in an international environment with experience in training law enforcement officers required. Proven experience in use and deployment of risk profiling and targeting equipment is required.

Qualifications

An advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in the fields of law, criminology, public administration, political science, international relations or related field is required. A first level university degree in similar fields in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
