Overview

The assignment aims to understand and address the risk of SEA, providing findings and recommendations for safer programs and enhanced response and prevention of SEA.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct desk review and literature analysis.
  • Develop questionnaires and primary data collection plan.
  • Undertake primary data collection through surveys, KIIs, and FGDs.
  • Analyze data and consult with stakeholders.
  • Conduct a validation workshop of preliminary findings.
  • Draft and finalize the SEA Risk Assessment Report.
  • Present results and mitigation plan.
Required Experience

Minimum five years of experience as a professional in developmental fields, especially in the field of Child protection, PSEA, Safeguarding, research, data analysis, and report writing. Prior experience of report related to developmental programme especially in the field of Child protection, PSEA, Safeguarding or International PSEA standards and policies will be an advantage. Prior sound knowledge and experiences in SEA risk assessment, gender-based violence, child protection and/or education will be an advantage will be desired. Experience of working with UN agencies is a plus.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree or equivalent Advanced Degree in public health, governance-related, public policy/administration, or another related field.
