Overview
The Project Assistant (G5) role supports the OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine (SPU) in its objective to assist the Ukrainian Government's reform efforts and mitigate risks to civilians. The position focuses on administrative and substantive project matters within the Rule of Law and Human Rights Component.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting routine and non-routine correspondence, working documents, and background material.
- Assisting in the development and timely implementation of project activities.
- Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing reservations.
- Undertaking computer-based searches and collating information for project activities.
- Preparing requests and documents for requisitions, travel, and procurement.
- Tracking pending matters, deadlines, and budget/expenditure for project outcomes.
Required Experience
Minimum five years of work experience in administrative or project management field, preferably in international organizations. Experience in project planning, implementation and reporting.
Qualifications
Completed secondary education supplemented by specialized training or formal studies in administration, project management, rule of law and human rights or other field relevant for the post.
