Overview
The World Bank Group is seeking interns for the B-READY project within the Development Economics Vice Presidency. The internship offers hands-on experience in global development, focusing on quantitative assessment of the business environment for private sector development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with topic literature review and relevant legal research.
- Assist with administering topic questionnaire(s) to external experts.
- Assist with downloading, preparing, and merging raw Stata datasets for data analysis.
- Support topic teams’ data validation efforts.
- Help with building and maintaining an assigned set of indicators for a specified subset of countries.
- Support the team with dissemination of report findings.
- Follow all applicable B-READY protocols.
- Provide general support to the project related to communications, report writing and communications and analytics.
Required Experience
1-6 years of relevant professional experience
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in, or in the final year of, a postgraduate (master’s/PhD) program
