Overview

Support qualitative research by designing tools, conducting interviews and focus groups, collating data, and drafting analysis for operational research and assessments.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct relevant document review and work on fieldwork plans, schedule, and guidelines for data collection.
  • Support the development of fieldwork plans, tools, and guidelines, and conduct data collection.
  • Collect data using approved tools, develop fieldwork summary notes, and organize data submission packages.
  • Analyze all data collection and write reports, including reviewing data for specific programs and integrating findings.
  • Develop and present final reports for each exercise.
Required Experience

Demonstrated experience in qualitative data collection (KIIs, FGDs). Knowledge of social protection or cash transfer programmes is preferred. Experience in conducting service mapping within Myanmar. Strong facilitation and interviewing skills. Familiarity with Myanmar field contexts and community engagement practices.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in social sciences, development studies, public health, public policy, or related fields.
