Overview
The intern will support the implementation of IPF activities in communities, assist with logistics, and ensure activities adhere to World Vision standards. They will also collect field data, contribute to reporting, and support internal data entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate directly in planned community activities (awareness sessions, workshops, children's activities).
- Assist with logistics, including preparing venues, mobilizing participants, and distributing materials.
- Ensure activities comply with World Vision standards and guidelines.
- Collect field data (participant numbers, feedback, photos, attendance lists).
- Contribute to the drafting of monthly, semi-annual, and annual reports.
- Assist with data entry into internal systems.
- Support training for volunteers and local partners (preparing materials, co-facilitating, answering questions).
- Accompany community actors to help them apply learned methods and techniques.
- Contribute to strengthening project understanding and encouraging the inclusion of vulnerable children.
- Participate in meetings between different program components (health, education, governance).
- Document discussions and prepare meeting minutes.
- Identify collaboration opportunities and enhance World Vision's visibility in the community.
- Report protection incidents related to adults and children.
- Support the adequate implementation of protection incident preparedness plans.
