Overview
The consultancy aims to conduct a demand analysis for GBV services among men and boys and map service providers in targeted districts.
Key Responsibilities
- Review existing literature, SISMA reports, and national statistics related to GBV services for men and boys.
- Conduct key informant interviews and/or focus group discussions.
- Analyse demand patterns, service gaps, social and institutional barriers, and perceptions.
- Assess potential benefits, risks, and operational considerations of strengthening or expanding targeted services for male survivors.
- Provide evidence-based conclusions to inform programming and resource allocation.
- Conduct a structured mapping of CSOs and institutions providing SGBV-related services.
- Identify service coverage, geographic reach, referral capacity, and linkages.
- Develop localized service directories for practical use.
Required Experience
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience. Proven track record in GBV research, service mapping, or programme evaluations. Demonstrated experience in GBV programming, service mapping, and/or demand analysis. Experience working in Mozambique.
Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
