Conduct a comprehensive independent final evaluation of a project focused on increasing the resilience of displaced persons and host communities to climate change-related water challenges in Jordan and Lebanon.
Deliver a comprehensive independent final evaluation of the project, including an inception report, draft and final evaluation reports, and a presentation of key findings. Assess the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, sustainability, impact outlook, and coherence of the project. Evaluate project management arrangements, compliance with Adaptation Fund policies, and identify lessons learned and strategic recommendations.
7 years of professional experience in evaluation of major projects of multidisciplinary components. Extensive demonstrated experience in monitoring and evaluation with ability to present credible findings derived from evidence and providing conclusions and recommendations supported by evidence of findings.
An advanced university degree in environmental studies, climate change, water resources, sustainable development, or any related field is required. A first-level university degree with additional two years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
