Overview
The Project Associate (Infrastructure) will assist with the field implementation of infrastructure programs, including rehabilitation, reconstruction, and enhancement of various facilities and site works.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the development of sketch designs and technical drawings using CAD software.
- Assist with the development of 3D views using 3D modelling software.
- Assist on conducting research on materials, construction techniques, and building systems.
- Contribute to the development of maps using Geographic Information System software.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and other team members.
- Support the gathering of information and documentation for project reports and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.
- Prioritize safety in architectural designs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Required Experience
School diploma with five years of relevant experience; or, Bachelor’s degree in architecture, or a related field with three years of relevant experience. Experience in the usage of CAD, 3D modelling software is required. Experience in construction design is required. Experience in using GIS software and mapping is an advantage. Experience with International Organizations and/or NGOs is an advantage.
