Overview

Support trade defence investigations, including data collection, analysis, and drafting of legal acts.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collection and analysis of data
  • Verification visits in and outside the EU
  • Calculation of duties
  • Contacts with exporters and EU producers
  • Drafting of administrative notes and proposals to the hierarchy
  • Drafting of implementing legal acts
  • Presentation of findings of the investigation to interested parties
  • Following administrative procedures, including the written procedure for the adoption of legal acts within the deadlines.
Required Experience

Experience in accounting and/or financial auditing.

Qualifications
  • A level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma, or
  • A level of secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education, and appropriate professional experience of at least three years.

Languages Required
• A thorough knowledge (minimum level C1) of one of the 24 official languages of the EU • AND a satisfactory knowledge (minimum level B2) of a second official language of the EU, to the extent necessary for the performance of the duties. • A strong command of English, including the ability to draft administrative and legal texts.

Contract Duration
The duration of the 1st contract will be up to 4 years. The contract might then be extended only once for a maximum of 2 years.

Remuneration
The pay of staff members consists of a basic salary supplemented with specific allowances, including, where applicable, expatriation and family allowances.
