Design and deliver training activities on cybercrime investigation, prosecution, adjudication, and digital evidence management. The consultant will organize training logistics, design curricula and assessments, and draft activity reports.
At least 5 (five) years of relevant professional experience in leading cybercrime investigation, including the exploitation of digital evidence and/or technical expertise in evaluation of electronic devices is required. Experience in providing training to law-enforcement agencies and criminal justice authorities on cybercrime investigations is required. Experience in interacting with governmental agencies is desirable. Work experience in Africa is desirable.
An advanced university degree (Masters or equivalent) in computer science, telecom network, digital forensics, information technology, programming, cybersecurity, network security or similar subject is required. A first-level university degree in similar fields in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree. Any relevant certification (i.e. cybercrime investigation, digital forensics, crypto assets investigation) is desirable.
