Overview
Conduct a feasibility study to identify and recommend the most appropriate, efficient, and financially sustainable management model for a Sports Complex and a Computer Room in Bissau.
Key Responsibilities
- Review existing documentation and gather data on the institutional, legal, and operational context.
- Conduct a market study to assess demand, identify revenue streams, and prepare an operational cost analysis.
- Undertake a comparative analysis of different management models regarding costs, advantages, risks, and legal feasibility.
- Propose recommendations for the suitable management model and develop practical operational and sustainability plans.
Required Experience
At least 5 years of professional experience in relevant fields such as economics, management and public finance. Proven experience in conducting feasibility studies or economic/financial assessments of infrastructure or facilities.
Qualifications
Master in Business Administration (MBA) Sports Management Economics Public Finance.
