The consultancy will support the design and rollout of rapid skills needs assessments to generate labour market evidence for planning and prioritization, and to develop or refine national skills strategies.
Support the design and rollout of rapid skills needs assessments (RSNAs) at global, regional and country levels. Use insights to support PROSPECTS countries in developing or refining national skills strategies aligned with education system reforms and financing opportunities. Strengthen programme delivery across lower and upper secondary education through competency-based curricula, youth skills programmes, and community-based training for out-of-school and vulnerable populations.
A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in education systems strengthening, with a strong focus on TVET, skills development, and secondary education. Extensive knowledge and skills in TVET, education, programme management, digital system development, or education technology solutions. Experience working with governments, development partners, and private sector actors on skills ecosystems, school-to-work transitions, or TVET reform.
Master’s degree in TVET, education, development studies, monitoring & evaluation or a related field.
