Overview
International Programme Management Consultant for joint Programme on Human Rights Phase III (JPHR 3) to manage, coordinate, and oversee programme activities.

- Risk management, safeguarding and adaptive management
- Sustainability, transition and institutionalization
Required Experience
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in human rights, child protection, governance, or rule of law. Minimum 6 years of programme management experience, preferably in Somalia and in human rights. Proven experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programs with the UN, government, civil society, and donors.
Qualifications
Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in human rights, law, international law, public policy, governance, international development, public administration, or another relevant field.
